Thank you for considering Affinity Medical Center in your medical education journey. We are a community based hospital in Massillon, Ohio. Our medical staff takes pride in being a part of the future of osteopathic medicine. Our current programs include a traditional rotating internship, Emergency Medicine Residency (Northeast Ohio Consortium), General Surgery Residency and Orthopedic Surgery Residency. We also have many medical students, from schools across the country, engaged in externships in multiple medical and surgical specialties at our facility.

Affinity Medical Center is affiliated with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and the CORE (Centers for Osteopathic Research and Education). We take pride in the superior quality of our osteopathic medical training. Our mission and vision is to train compassionate, competent, caring osteopathic physicians to meet the needs of the twenty first century. Our graduates have succeeded in obtaining multiple competitive fellowships and are currently practicing in a variety of setting across the country.

Our primary focus is on quality patient care. We make sure that our students, interns and residents receive quality educational experiences and provide compassionate patient care from day one at Affinity Medical Center.
