Therefore, we would like to encourage you to express any and all concerns, problems or complaints so that we may resolve them to your satisfaction and work to prevent them from happening in the future.
If you have any problems or questions during your stay at the hospital please call the director of the area you have concerns with. If the department director has not addressed your concern to your satisfaction you may call the 1.877.837.7575 and your call will be directed accordingly. Your concerns are very important to us. We pride ourselves on being a caring, compassionate hospital. If you do not agree, we need to know why.
Your rights as a Medicare Patient: You have the right to receive quality medical care. Ohio KePRO is the agency responsible for reviewing complaints about the quality of care received in:
- Inpatient hospitals
- Hospital outpatient departments
- Medicare HMOs
- Hospital emergency rooms
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Home health agencies
- Ambulatory surgery centers
Ohio KePRO performs this service for ALL Medicare beneficiaries, including those in HMOs or other managed care plans.
Your responsibilities:
1. Call Ohio KePRO on their toll-free Hotline 1-800-589-7337.
2. Be prepared to explain your concerns.
3. Ohio KePRO will send to you a form to complete and sign. They must have your complaint in writing. | |
